Essence to Essence Psychedelic Sunday – A Paint Night Event

Join us for an immersive evening of creativity, playfulness and connection at the Essence to Essence Psychedelic Sundays Art Night. This unique event is designed to bring together art, meditation, and the power of sacred medicine in a supportive, healing and nurturing way.

Expand your creative spirit, guided by the talents of musicians, poets, and healing arts facilitators. Our special guests include the soothing melodies of Hannah C. (a local 14-year-old young musician), the profound word art of Emily Pister, and the guided creativity of Anna von W, an inspiring local artist and creativity coach. The evening will be facilitated by Oasis Heart, the creative soul and experience facilitator behind the Essence to Essence project.

Essence to Essence Psychedelic Sundays Art Night: Event Outline

4:00 PM – Doors Open for Guests

Live music performance by Hannah C. creates a welcoming atmosphere.
Guests have the opportunity to order food and drinks from Pachamama’s Menu at an extra cost.

4:30 PM – Opening Circle (Doors Close)

Oasis Heart facilitates the Opening Circle, setting the tone for the evening.
Emily Pister shares her unique word art, inspiring creativity and connection.

5:00 PM – Intention Setting & Honouring the Sacred

Oasis Heart leads a ceremony to Honour the Sacred, aligning the group’s energies.
Anna von W guides participants through Meditation and Breathwork, preparing them for the creative process.
Painting session begins, guided by Anna von W, inviting guests to explore their creativity.

6:15 PM – Break (30 Minutes)

A 30-minute intermission gives guests another chance to order food and drinks from Pachamama’s Menu at an extra cost.

6:45 PM – Guided and Mindful Painting Continues

Anna von W continues the guided painting session, helping participants to deepen their artistic exploration.

7:30 PM – Closing Circle

The event concludes with a Closing Circle led by Oasis Heart, encapsulating the evening’s experiences and shared moments.
